My email was down for days (due to a server problem I later discovered). When I finally got hold of someone they asked if I wanted my email moved to a server that was working, I naturally said yes... days later with no change I chased them down to be informed that , oh, I needed to *email* them the request to have it moved. This happened twice.
They mark tickets as completed wihout asking the customer if they are resolved. At which point you cant even respond... all you can do is mark them closed!
