I have had my site hosted by Ultra-Host for over five years and because of their quick and professional responses to issues,I plan to continue our relationship for many more years. I had a recent problem with my site and the Ultra-Host rep spent a great deal of time thru emails helping me resolve the issue (which turns out was something stupid that I did myself). I am sure the rep knew this but was patient and helped me until it was corrected.
