I host 2 sites with unihosting. Everything was working great till a few months ago and one of my sites stopped working. I figured maybe my dns registartion was up so I email them repeatedly about getting my site back running with no replys. I have a second site that is up but is very very slow and half the time when I'm using web mail the page times out. Again I have sent numerous email with no reply.

Had a simple ASP site and was setup on their systems. After more than 65 days and repeated E-mails to Tech Support, nothing was done to fix the problems and errors that their servers were having. ASP service was not setup correctly on the servers and so would not display asp code. This was speceified when I signed up for the site that it must have working ASP and it was agreed by them it was. They supposedly have a 6 hour response time to trouble tickets. It was takign 2 to 3 weeks to get a response and only then after placing over a dozen tickets to them about the problem and still nothing was done. After requesting that my contract be cancelled They request 1 week to fix the problems and wanted a daytime phone number. It was provided but never responded to. Just recently turned the information over to the company lawyer to get our money back.

The client in question wilfully misconstrues the facts. If our records are correct, the client here demanded, quite irrationally, that we provide Microsoft Access databases when it was made clear on the web site that MySQL and mSQL were available, but not Access. When the refund request was initiated, it was well past the three month moneyback guarantee. Our disgruntled friend above is a very demanding and unfortunately irrational person.
