Reasonably prompt customer service during business hours. Lots of good features for the price.

Only glitch has been a disk space problem.

I only pay $115 a year for...
250M of disk space
4GB of transfer monthly
unlimited email/pop3 accounts
and a boat load of other features that are too numerous to mention.
It's not the best host on the planet but the price/feature ratio is great and the service is top notch.

If you Grandmother ran a hosting service, it might work something like VEO. These kooky kidz aren't in business to serve customers. Site had many, many problems, including downtime that stretched on for days, lousy features, and numerous promises that weren't kept. A waste of time and a horrible way for a newbie like me to get started.
