The plan webhostxl provide is pretty good. But support there is very poor. Support emails and support tickets often take three days or longer to get any reply, sometimes just no response at all (oh, sorry, you do receive the auto-reply immediately). They just ignore your questions!
If you need little support, then I recommend you to try this hosting, but if you do care customer services, choose another one!
