I paid for the Reseller Plan (1 Giga bytes type) in advance for 1 year in March. The server doesn't work just right now, since yesterday. Down time seems more than 10 hours. The same things (very long down time almost one day or two days) happened very often, both last week and last month too. Trouble tickets were erased and no response from the company. I can not use the hosting for any serious business website due to the instability. So, I had to remove all serious websites from the WebsiteXL. (The WebhostXL's company website is stable in contrast to the instability of the server for the customers.) I would like to see the uptime monitoring results of WebhostXL’s Reseller Plan at your website, because I already paid it for 1 year. I hope your website shows the monitoring results for preventing increasing of further victims, and also I hope the terrible service will change to better status. The service seems ok except above serious problems.
