I can find absolutely no evidence that this company has any human beings there. It has even started to affect their own site. Support now gives javascript errors for the last week. Nobody answers the phone. The control panels for my sites havent' worked in a month. My site is running fine. But a new site I got set up is inaccessible and not operational. The standard setup emails come through, and the autoresponds, and the invoice, but I can find no evidence that a human being is there. It's like they were abducted and things are slowly cracking up. Servers can only do so much on their own for so long... do not sign up for a site there. You card will be billed, and will not be able to access it.
