I travel outside of the US frequently and cannot access technical support via their website. Therefore I cannot support my customer using their tech support. Emails to their sales staff has not resolved the problem. I consider the downtime that is reported back to me excessive. For April alone (10 days) the site was down for 7 hrs and 21 minutes. Jan was down for 13 hrs and 54 minutes.
