I originally started with Concentric.net which was bought by XO. I've always had good service, 24/7 phone support that was quick, and very good. Most of my experience with service was when they were Concentric.
They have always had good uptime and server speed is excellant. The only downside is there are numerous companies with apparently equal or better plans at less cost. However, for now I'm sticking with XO.
