I signed up with Yahoo for Business Starter. Already had a website with featureprice.com (DON'T USE THEM!) Yahoo stated in email agreement that if I was unable to re-delegate domain, would receive a refund of the $15 "set up fee." Was unable to contact featureprice (they do not answer emails or answer phone)so could not get domain redelegated. Thus far, Yahoo has refused to refund. Have been on the phone with them for over an hour (my dime, since no 800 number) and still have not recieved refund. Finally had to contact credit card company to dispute charges. Supervisor at Yahoo stated that I am interpreting agreement wrong. (How many ways can you interpret "If the domiain re-delegation was unsuccessful or the user does not repond for 15 days, your credit card will be refunded"?)
