I was able to use yahoo for a non profit organization and the simple plan (the smaller one) has worked well with us. The reason I like it so well is because 1)you can get billed monthly for it and 2)the customer service is very good. Since I didn't do much complicated work with this site, I don't know how the more advanced features work, but my experience with Yahoo has been good.
