The Tech Support/Customer Service has been great, took me through the domain transfer nicely and we had everything setup and running in no time. So far I've had no problems with them. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great service without the "Great Service" charge.
I've had some of those great services and nothing compares to what I get here for my dollar.
