These guys have great prices, but forget it if you want customer service or technical support, even during business hours and when the "Online Support" is ONLINE. They don't answer. My domains go down all the time, and they constantly blame DV2.com, the company that hosts their servers. They refuse to take responsibility for the fact that DV2 is their vendor, and the responsibility ultimately lies with eHostPros.com. If DV2 sucks so bad, and is constantly under DoS attacks or constantly having to take routers and servers offline, then they SHOULD CHANGE THEIR DATA CENTER.
