I used this hosting and lanched a site for a customer. Site goes down they(ehostpros) send emails saying hard drive failure on their server no backups. I was screwed my data base which I backed up weekly was no more. They said they had no back up.This means my site was gone and their answer to you is did you back it up. I think they should at least back up their ervers once a week what a joke company. Am i wrong or nor ive never heard of a company losing a back up of their servers. What should I do but leave them.
