In the past moth I'd say that my site hosted by them has been up 20-25% of the time. That includes email and control panel access. Requests emailed to "sales" or "support" always come back asking me to submit problems through the control panel. I always reply back that I would if it was accessible. After that, little to no communication.
They were really good until Dec of 2002, and then things started going downhill. I'm looking for a new host.
A shame, because when they were good, they were great. But not anymore.
