I moved my webhosting to champain host a few years ago and they seemed fine until the second month when they charged my checking account twice. They refused to pay me back and I got the police involved. However, that didnt help since I was from a small town in IL and there in Chicago..

This is one bloke in an office that never returns your calls, cuts your service regulally and then finally just removes you off the server - refusing to offer any explanation why they've taken two years fees and barely given you 2 weeks service before closing your site.

I gave them my credit card information, they told me in there reply e-mail it would take 24 hours to set up the account, its been over 72 and its still not created, and i have e-mailed them 2 times a day and still have no response. They are very un profesional, nothing so far has been good they are the web hosts from hell, if you even get hosted.

You get what you pay for. I got the platinum plan, it was up almost all the time. didn't need support, so I can't say much about that. Anyway, twas an interesting year. I only moved off to go to Rackshack.net for dedicated hosting (but they really do "suck").

horrible when i signed up i was not aware of them not having a secure server 2 days after having signed up my account was still not activated and they did not reply to my emails i found a different host on the second day and on the third day i went to there site and it was down, found out as they claim that they bought a webdesign for there site that was stolen and they had to remove it but they also claim to be a webdesign company. seems like this is a very untrustorthy host.

I signed up for a silver plan, got a message saying we'd be ready in 2 hours. 24 hours later, no follow-up, so I sent a message to sales - which bounced. Mail to support and webmaster also bounced, and I discovered to my horror that their main page was replaced with a placeholder, and so far has remained that way for 48 hours.

I signed up for this host on the 27th of Nov. They got my host site up, but put the wrong .net . I e-mailed them several times, I called them everyday to have it corrected and they said it would take 20 minutes. Guess what? They never fixed it. It has been almost a week (today is the 3rd of Dec) and I haven't been able to use my web page yet. I paid $23.95 for their service and haven't gotten anything yet. When I call them it sounds like they are working out of their kitchen. Kids screaming in the background and dogs barking. Stay away from them, far far away. I will be dropping them as soon as they answer their phone. By the way they never answer the phone during day and sometimes after 4:30 PM central time.
