I had the worst service from this company and would not recommend anyone use them in future.

I've been dealing with Netnation for 3 years for several different sites, some which have had complex database backends and specific technical requirements, all of which have been addressed quickly and courteously by their support staff.

We have been a reseller for 5 years with Netnation. We have over 60 domains running. Customer support is fantastic. Questions are handled fast and RIGHT the first time. Sales, billing, all are great.

What can I say? After the fiasco with featureprice.com, netnation was my salvation. I've hosted a high-traffic commercial site with netnation for over a year, and have been down a total of 15 minutes. I don't know anyone who can claim that kind of uptime. It helps that netnation owns their own servers.
Tech support is responsive and problems are resolved quickly. I had reservations about virtual hosting, but really, the proof is in the pudding. I have since moved several clients to the netnation servers.
My only beef is the high overage charges for bandwidth. But hey, if I'm doing $60,000 a month in sales, I don't mind paying an extra $10-$15 if it means that the site is always up and running.

I very pleased with the consistent service especially their customer support. If you need to talk with a ‘live person’ you can call them.
I once used another, less expensive, web host provider, big mistake. They’ve earned my trust.

Great free tech support. Just be sure to ask about any tech service charges prior to initiating anything out of the ordinary. The prices are very reasonable, but always ask...

Being a little "Internet challanged", I have greatly appreciated all of the help that the support team as give me in settingup my web site and e-mail addresses. I have never noticed any time when my site has been down and I check it often as I travel, mainly to see how it is displayed on various browsers. It has been a pleasure.
