I was drawn to vindematrix by their value for money. Unfortunatly after a very short space of time my site was down with no explanation and no reply from their "Support" team. A week later It came back up for about a week or two and now so far It's been down for about two weeks. No one returns any e-mails and there is no other way to contact them but they will still continue to bill you just fine. I can only go by my own experiences of them but I would definatly warn people away. It seems that they are just out to get your money and then drop you. The problem is getting your domain name back - they don't put your details down as the owner.
Stay well away.
