Good value for the money. They keep up with security patches for Apache. Good PHP and MySQL support. Nice control panel.

They started off pretty good but ended up getting loads of downtime and taking out a support ticket can sometimes take forever to respond. The final boiling point was when I had advertised for weeks for a live clinic I was holding at a certain time on a certain day and they ended up being down for it.

Wizards is really a good hosting provider, nice people, but when I need help, they are not all there. I have left several posts in the forum (the only way to get support- which usually works well) and a couple of the times there was not even a response whatsoever. They are really good, but when I need support, I really do need support. If you know what you are doing, or have pretty much a static site. I highly recomend them. But if you are clueless, find another.
