Requesting a simple DNS change was like pulling teeth.  Lack of response caused our email to be down for several days.

Over 48 hours of down time in just the first six months.

Had to move my main site once and move my sub domain three times in the first six months. 

Orginally promised a static/dedicated IP address and this was taken away in four months.

Nothing but headaches with this provider.

There have been many instances in which our customers have needed to download files from our web page and the page simply hasn't been there.  I often have to wait one to two days to update our webpage because the server is down.  When the server goes down (and this happens quite frequently), Acehost's control panel claims everything is fine.  When I contacted customer support about the downtime, the only solution they offered was to upgrade our exsiting plan to a much more expensive one.  We are currently looking for a new host.

I am extremely happy with the service AceHost1 provides my company and my client's. I have never detected down time. The management tools AceHost1 provides for e-mail and other maintenance is outstanding with great human interface.
I have dealt with a number of Hosting Companies in my tenure as WebMaster and have never had a smoother, easier transition. I highly reccommend AceHost1 as your Hosting Company!
