I'm from Italy, and didn't want my online portfolio to be hosted by any italian company, so i started looking at "foreign" offers.
I've been caught by dot5's good pricing, quality of their website and, most of all, the huuuuuge number of faqs. These are things that make a company trustable, they say to u everything before u set up an account, so u can figure out if they're the right choice for u or not. Account recorded at lightspeed, very good quality admin console, domain available and fully working in less than 48 hours, outstanding download speed (these guys have Turbo servers!) even from a 56k in Italy (!!) make me say "These guys are really gosu !" (in "korean english" gosu means more than godly).

I`ve now been hosted by dot5 for a while, and in that time, my site`s only been offline for a little under an hour, and I was quickly informed of the problem and what dot5 was doing to fix the matter. The support has been excellent with queries always being answered, even when a solution hasn`t been possible, they`ve been polite enough to inform me of the fact rather than just ignoring my email, and their support staff frequent the support forums dealing with issues quickly and efficently, which is a novelty in this day and age...

Took a bit of work to get everything working but after that I had all kinds off cool stuff to play with and for half the cost of yahoo website services.

I had to change hosts recently due to the fact my previous hosting company ended business. I looked several hosting providers and couldn’t believe my luck when I came across dot5hosting, I have now been with them for 3 weeks, my site is always up and their support is second to none.
